Who we are

​UNIT was founded by Nathalie Havelange, Andreu Vélez Guillén and Hendrik Verlinden in 2018 combining their cultural backgrounds and experiences with a shared idea: architecture is a way to offer solutions to particular needs of society and individuals. It is a tool to improve public and private space, both functionally and aesthetically.
 

What we do

For us, very project, regardless its scale or function, is a witness of its time and of its social, economical and environmental context. Therefore architectural research is an ever ongoing process, a constant dialogue between thoughts, ideas and the requirements of each project. It is a fine balance between the function, the relation between spaces and the materiality.
