Proposal for an interior renovation. A staircase was needed to create a different layout in the first floor of the house.

The concept we followed is that the new staircase had to become a recognisable element through the basement, the groundfloor and the first floor. Around this element, the new uses that L&F where looking for can be generated with quality: a new bedroom and a corridor with natural light, storage spaces and a small playing area.

All this was achieved keeping the groundfloor as it is, using an existing storage space to place the new staircase.
